Food quality was good Order slightly wrong as was given a different starter to what ordered but that was nice so no real problems Could have been a bit warmer on delivery Delivery was nearly 2 hours from order and 20 minutes after stated time but was a Saturday Overall pretty good

Food was missing. It wasn't ready to collect at the time stated. The poppadoms were smashed and so almost inedible as they were just bits, and when they were rung regarding the missing items we were told 'sorry but they were very busy.' That is no excuse for getting things wrong. If this had been the first time we had issues with an order, we may have been more forgiving, but there have been problems with the last four or five orders. The food is lovely, but if you can't get the orders right it is of little comfort.

Terrible - an hour and a half wait, can’t get through, had to drive round and check! They said it just left and another customer called me and said they had my food! Not using them again

2nd time ordering through the app now, both times over an hour wait & both orders were missing a portion of pilau rice! First time we put down to it being a big order (7 people) and could understand the wait/missing portion. However 2nd time was only 4 meals, rang up after an hour and it sounded like they hadn't even started preparing the order. Drove down to the takeaway to be told it had just left. No apology or offer of any refund for delivery/inconvenience and then got home to find another rice portion missing. Very disappointing.

I was given 1 hour for delivery when I ordered. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 45 min in total. When I called the first time I was told it was on the way but when I called again, it was only just leaving. If I was told the truth first time round I would have collected because I was limited for time. The delivery driver was apologetic. The 4 curries that I ordered were O.K but they were literally a plastic tupperware filled with sauce. Only about 2 pieces of meat (chicken or lamb) in each. I wouldn't order again in a hurry.

Used jasmine's the past 6 months very nice and consistent. I've tried all currys houses near me and jasmine's is the number 1 choice for use and well priced other places are changing £9+ for a simple curry they get AAAA1111 FROM US
